So at the end of the day as Dale emptied the portafilter to clean up he found a strange image drawn in coffee grounds, so this is the image as came not ‘etching’, this is exactly how it came. We might be able to sell it on Ebay to those devoted pac-man fans out there.

ccongratultion for one good year in cafee54. your service is awesome,I real enjoy your meal, cofee and your hospitality.My wife and I have been reminding each other about coffee without sugar and how nimp guys used to have sugar in their cups, I think they need to meet Michael to teach them how to enjoy their cup of coffee!
we dont finish our jouney in your Cefee but we took a step up to coffee plantation in Africa where by we spent time with our Lovely Daddy Michael together with AHI team to learn more about coffee and know the different tests of the coffee, even though they know how to produce coffee and send them all over the world their tests in the cup is not good like yours! I wondr why? but the secret and answer in in Cafe 54! my wife was in bed in that tour she could testfy for that, but you can ask Mr Wayne or Michel even though their not good drinker of the coffee but they appriciated what we saw and test in that Coffee Factory Lab was not good like yours.
